We would like to take this opportunity and share with you on the latest development of our Seattle Residence Inn Marriott University District project.

Residence Inn Seattle University District had already opened on January 22, 2016.  We held our celebration party of Chinese New Year on February 6, 2016. Our guests included former Washington State Attorney General Rob McKenna, EB-5 investors, and our peers from the business community. They were excited to explore our hotel while enjoying delicious food and the live band. We also invited professional immigration attorney Nelson Lee who introduced the recent updates on immigration for our guests. By sharing the success of Residence Inn, our PFHC Inc.’s president Paul Pong explained about the construction and hotel development. We topped off our celebration party with a relaxing and joyful prize draw.

西雅图万豪居家酒店已于2016年1月22日试营业。2月6号我们在酒店举办了一个盛大的迎春派对。我们邀请了包括华盛顿州的前总检察长Mr. Rob McKenna，参与酒店投资办理投资移民的客人，还有商界的朋友欢聚一堂庆祝酒店开业和中国新年。客人们兴致勃勃地参观了崭新落成的酒店，一边品尝酒店厨师长制作的精美点心一边欣赏现场乐队的精彩表演。派对还特意邀请专业美国移民律师Mr. Nelson Lee介绍美国投资移民的最新情况，华盛顿州中国商会会长Dr. Mark Wen介绍近期西雅图地区来自中国的投资热潮，集团的总裁Mr. Paul Pong彭先生介绍了酒店建设和投资移民项目运作的历程并和大家分享成功的喜悦。派对在来宾抽奖的欢快气氛当中圆满结束。

We would like to take this opportunity to update you on the latest development of our Seattle Residence Inn by Marriott University District construction projects.

我们此次致信的目的是和您分享我们西雅图万豪居家酒店项目的最近进展。

We continue to see good progress of our EB-T related projects: Marriott Residence Inn Hotel and MOD Studio Seattle Center.

我们的两个EB-5投资项目万豪居家酒店和西雅图商旅公寓目前的进展很顺利。

The construction of the Seattle Residence Inn by Marriot University District is essentially complete, the furniture, fixtures and equipment are in place. We are working on the installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment on the 3rdto 6th floor. Installation of kitchen appliances and wrapping up guest room carpet installation is happening on 2ndfloor. The lobby’s millwork will be finished at the end of this month. The installation of kitchen equipment is going on quickly. Pool subcontract work has started and should be done by the end of October. For the exterior, we are focusing on the Porte Cohere renovation. The water service and electrical service installation has completed. The Seattle Residence Inn by Marriot University District is scheduled for soft opening this December.

西雅图万豪居家酒店的施工已经基本完成，家具、固定装置和设备都在紧锣密鼓地安装中。酒店的3层到6层在进行家具和其他固定设备的安装。2层也在进行厨房装修和整理。大堂的磨光工作将在月底完成，厨房设置安装也在紧张的进行中。泳池也在安装中将会于月底完成。对于大楼外围，我们正在做车辆出入通道的整修。供水和供电系统已经完成。西雅图万豪居家酒店预计将于今年12月试营业。

Construction Project Progress Report for June 2015 | 2015年6月份项目进展报告

亲爱的美国西北区域中心的投资人，

We would like to take this opportunity to update you on the latest development of our Seattle Residence Inn by Marriot University District construction projects.

我们此次致信的目的是和您分享我们西雅图万豪居家酒店项目的最近进展。

Regarding our two EB-5 related projects; Seattle Residence Inn by Marriot University District and Seattle Business apartment project, both continue to be on track.

美国西北区域中心的两个EB-5投资项目，西雅图万豪居家酒店和西雅图商旅公寓项目目前进展都非常顺利。

With the Seattle Residence Inn by Marriot University District, we have completed the installation of most the cabinets and have started installing quartz countertops. Kitchen countertops are continuing to arrive and are being installed in the units. Unit door installations was completed as well as all of the interior painting. The interior finishes is on-going. We have completed the insulation in residential units. Residential and corridor floor cover installing is in progress, and the installation of cabinetry and bathroom fixtures are underway. Brick installation on exterior wall is near completion. The weather since this spring has been very cooperative and allowed us to proceed without challenges managing excess rain and surface water. Gas services for the project was installed. Water service work is being scheduled for installation in the mid-summer. The installation of the electrical service in the alley will begin soon.

西雅图万豪居家酒店项目已经完成了大部分橱柜的安装，并且开始安装石英石台面。厨房板台陆续运到，板台安装继续进行。房间粉刷和单元门安装已经完毕。项目的内部装修还在进行中。我们已经完成了保暖隔热层的安装，并继续进行室内和走廊地板、地毯的安装以及厨房卫浴设施的安装。大楼的室外墙面贴砖已经完成。开春以来的优越天气也完美地配合了我们的工程进展。工地供气系统已经安装完毕。供水系统今夏中旬会开始安装。供电系统也会近期开始安装。

We are enhancing the interior of our retail so it will be more suitable to integrate with our hotel. We are finalizing the design plans for the retail component of the project and working on leasing with two restaurants. The Seattle Residence Inn by Marriot University District are scheduled to soft open for business this September.

由于市场反馈热烈，我们正在升级一层餐厅的装修以达到与酒店的整合。我们正在对一层餐厅布局进行最后的设计并且与两家品牌餐馆签订合作。西雅图万豪居家酒店预计将于今年9月营业。

Congratulations to American NW Regional Center EB-5 Phase I Project Get the Exemplar Approval from USCIS | 美国西北区域中心华大一期项目喜获项目范本批准

西雅图当地时间2015年7月1日，我们收到了美国移民局的通知：美国西北区域中心位于西雅图市中心华盛顿大学旁的万豪酒店一期投资移民项目的项目范本被正式批准。

As of July 1st, 2015, American NW Regional Center has received notification from USCIS (US Citizenship and Immigration Services) that our University of Washington Marriott Residence Inn EB-5 Phase I Project exemplar has been officially approved. 

根据移民局的操作流程，项目范本正式审批后各位投资人的I-526审批将进入快车道，恭喜参与项目投资的各位投资人！

In accordance with USCIS, the I-526 application process and approval of each investor should be expedited moving forward. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all our participating investors!

项目开发商秉承稳健发展的策略有条不紊的推进项目的建设。一期项目计划在8月底9月初开张营业，二期配套的酒店式公寓整体设计也即将完工。由于一期项目受到各位投资人的热烈欢迎在短短的一年内所有投资名额已被认购满员，我们将在这个月内正式开展第二期项目的投资移民推广招募工作，欢迎新老客户垂询指导。

The construction of Phase I development is progressing swiftly.  Target Grand Opening date is September 2015.  Our Phase II project, conceptual design, EDG (Early Design Guidance) has been approved by City of Seattle DPD.  Currently we are working on MUP (Master Use Plan) permitting process.  With the overwhelming success of Phase I project received by investors, we have met our investment quotas within less than a year.  We are now preparing to market and promote our Phase II project this month.  We would like to welcome our current and new customers.
