We would like to take this opportunity to update you on the latest development of our Seattle Residence Inn by Marriott University District construction projects.

We continue to see good progress of our EB-T related projects: Marriott Residence Inn Hotel and MOD Studio Seattle Center.

我们的两个EB-5投资项目万豪居家酒店和西雅图商旅公寓目前的进展很顺利。

The construction of the Seattle Residence Inn by Marriot University District is essentially complete, the furniture, fixtures and equipment are in place. We are working on the installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment on the 3rdto 6th floor. Installation of kitchen appliances and wrapping up guest room carpet installation is happening on 2ndfloor. The lobby’s millwork will be finished at the end of this month. The installation of kitchen equipment is going on quickly. Pool subcontract work has started and should be done by the end of October. For the exterior, we are focusing on the Porte Cohere renovation. The water service and electrical service installation has completed. The Seattle Residence Inn by Marriot University District is scheduled for soft opening this December.

西雅图万豪居家酒店的施工已经基本完成，家具、固定装置和设备都在紧锣密鼓地安装中。酒店的3层到6层在进行家具和其他固定设备的安装。2层也在进行厨房装修和整理。大堂的磨光工作将在月底完成，厨房设置安装也在紧张的进行中。泳池也在安装中将会于月底完成。对于大楼外围，我们正在做车辆出入通道的整修。供水和供电系统已经完成。西雅图万豪居家酒店预计将于今年12月试营业。
