Nearly fifty years of building in the Northwest
Established in March 2014, American NW Regional Center is an affiliate of PFHC LLC (The Group), a privately held company with over 48 years in the hotel management and construction in the Puget Sound region.
We currently only sponsor the Group's own qualified EB-5 projects, as we know our own financial soundness, the industry and cities we operate in. With nearly fifty years in the real estate and hospitality business in the Seattle area, we are meticulous in our project designs and executions.

Description tThe United States Immigrant Investor program is called EB-5: Employment Based 5th Preference. Success results in permanent U.S. residency for the investor and qualified family members under 21 at the time of filing. The program requires an at-risk investment of $1.05 million or $800,000 depending on the project location, creating no fewer than 10 new American jobs.
