Good News: We are pleased to announce that United States Citizenship Immigration Services (“USCIS”) has issued an I-924 exemplar project petition approval for our Mod Studio (Seattle Center) EB-5 project, which is located near the Space Needle.

截至2017年3月底,美国西北区域中心的上一期EB-5项目——西雅图华盛顿大学万豪酒店的35位投资人绿卡申请(I-526)100% 获得了美国移民局(USCIS)的批准!

As of March 31st, 2017, 100% of our 35 investors from the last EB-5 project, Marriott Residence Inn Seattle University District, received their Green Card petition (I-526) approvals from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

华大万豪酒店EB-5项目于2014年发售,2015年底完工,2016年1月开业,创造就业远超移民局要求。酒店位置绝佳,地处西雅图华盛顿大学区中心地段,与华盛顿大学轻轨站隔街相望。经过1年多的平稳运营,酒店3月份(行业淡季)已取得平均入住率高达94%的骄人成绩,傲视同行!

The Offering for the Marriott Residence Inn Seattle University District EB-5 project began in 2014. The hotel was completed by the end of 2015, and we held its grand opening on Jan 22, 2016. The number of jobs created is already more than the EB-5 job creation requirement for all our investors in that project.  The hotel is strategically located in the heart of University District and facing the UW Light Rail Station.  After a year of steady operation, the average of occupancy rate of our hotel in March (low season) has reached 94%, which is higher than most of our competitors.
